These terms cover workspace access, unpublished lab materials, and how we handle Google or GitHub sign-in.
The service
ProtocolOS is an AI lab assistant for wet-lab scientists. It helps you turn methods into executable protocol graphs, run notebooks, triage failed assays, and keep lab memory. These terms apply when you use the website, workspace, or related APIs.
Accounts and sign-in
You may create an account with email and password or continue with Google or GitHub. You are responsible for the credentials and OAuth account you connect. Keep access limited to people in your lab who are allowed to see unpublished work.
Your lab materials
Protocols, notebooks, images, and instrument logs you upload remain yours. We use them only to operate ProtocolOS for you. We do not train foundation models on customer lab materials and do not pool unpublished science across labs.
Acceptable use
Do not use ProtocolOS to violate law, biosafety rules, or dual-use research restrictions. Do not attempt to access another lab’s data, probe the service for exploits, or upload material you do not have rights to store.
Availability and changes
The product is evolving. Features may change, and we may suspend access that threatens security or other labs. We will use the support address below for material notices when we can.
